This fruitless Canadian introduction is completely covered with pink buds that open to fragrant white flowers in spring. It has bright green, shiny foliage.

Fire blight (fireblight or bacterial blight) can be a significant aesthetic defect or can affect plant health of this tree. Even the best preventative and on-demand pest controls are now ineffective on some trees. We do have these on hand, but are discontinuing them due to this and seeking and developing alternative trees.
